This is the website of the Belgian Research Group “Hagiologia” founded in 1994 investigating saints, sanctity and hagiographic topics. They published the Litterae Hagiologicae. However, neither the site nor the journal seems to be active recently.
This website collects Greek texts and manuscripts. They also include hagiographic texts. The database is searchable by saint, country, author, oevre and other. They also included a list with a few helpful links under the heading “liens”, French for “links”.

The Blog HagHis has, unfortunately, not been updated a lot during the last years. Their list of online publications is, nonetheless, helpful as it includes theses on hagiography, articles, and reviews (however, many of the links are broken).
